What started as a mission to help businesses build dependable teams evolved into something much deeper, a commitment to people, their potential, and the impact they leave behind.

That calling led to the creation of TEN Solutions, a people-first approach to workforce development, mentorship, and community connection. Through this work, we learned that some individuals weren’t just contributing — they were showing up consistently, giving selflessly, and driving change behind the scenes. Their service wasn’t just needed; it was transformational.

To honor that level of impact, we launched the ACTS Initiative (Aspiring Contributors That Serve). ACTS recognizes individuals who lead with intention, serve with compassion, and use their gifts to strengthen communities — often without seeking acknowledgment. These are the everyday heroes who make progress possible.

But recognition is only one part of the work.

Our commitment extends into Help & Hope, an outreach effort that includes feeding the homeless, supporting families with essential household and personal care items, and offering resources to those facing unstable circumstances. We support local sports teams, knowing that athletics build discipline, confidence, and community pride. And we invest in mentoring young adults, helping them prepare for the workforce, develop leadership skills, and discover pathways to long-term success.
